Terms: The Secret Menu

The Secret Menu is taught by Zachary Lui.
What you get
- One live online class a month, about one hour, on an operation from the Secret Menu Index. Classes run live on Zoom.
- The recording of each class, available while you stay subscribed.
- Every new monograph after the free garlic monograph, available while you stay subscribed.
The class link, recordings and monographs are sent to the email you joined with, through a members' Google Drive folder. Class dates are announced to members by email at least seven days ahead. If a month's class cannot run on its date, members are told by email and it is rescheduled within 30 days. If it cannot be rescheduled, that month's charge is refunded in full.
Recordings and monographs are for your personal use. Do not share, resell or repost them.
Price and billing
Founding rate: members who join by Friday, October 9, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern pay $45 CAD a month plus 13% HST ($5.85), $50.85 CAD a month in total, for as long as they stay subscribed.
From Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 12:00 am Eastern, the price for new members is $75 CAD a month plus 13% HST ($9.75), $84.75 CAD a month in total.
The total is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. You are charged on the day you join and on the same day each month after that, until you cancel. There are no other fees.
If you cancel and join again later, the current rate applies.
If the price changes, current members get at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to them. You can cancel before the new price applies.
Cancelling
Cancel any time by emailing zac@zacharylui.ca with the subject line "Cancel". Your cancellation takes effect when your email is sent, and it stops all future charges. If a charge goes through after that, it is refunded in full. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. You get an email confirming the cancellation within two business days.
Refunds
All payments are final. There are no refunds for change of mind, missed classes or unused time in a billing period. The only exceptions are a charge made after you cancelled, a month whose class does not run (see above), and anything the law requires.
Your copy of these terms
After you join, you get an email with a copy of these terms and your receipt, the same day and no later than 15 days after you join.
Privacy
Your name, email and payment details are used to run your membership and send class emails. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Wuji Xuan Life Wellness Ltd. Stripe may store and process data outside Canada. Your details are not sold or shared for marketing. If you speak or turn your camera on during a live class, your voice or image may appear in the recording other members see. Email zac@zacharylui.ca to see or correct what is held about you, or to have it deleted when you leave.
Scope
This is education and energy practice, not medical treatment or diagnosis. Nothing in the Secret Menu replaces care from your doctor. No specific results are promised.
